Before you settle into one of our accommodations, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the house rules. If you follow these rules, your stay will be pleasant for everyone!

Treat our house with the same respect you would show your own home. We have gone to great lengths to make the house a beautiful place where our guests feel at home.

Please note the following points during your stay:

• Federal Registration Act (BMG) § 29 Special registration obligation in accommodation facilities
• Federal Registration Act (BMG) § 30 Special registration forms for accommodation facilities
• The quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the stairwell. There is a smoking area in front of the entrance door
• Pets are not allowed. We take our allergic guests into consideration.
• Parties and prostitution are not allowed. (In this case, the operator has the right to expel guests from the house. In case of violation, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the booking amount or part of it.
• The household waste must always be disposed of in the bins next to the entrance door.
• If you keep the apartment clean, checking out will be much easier!

In the event of an accident, we will determine the cost of repair or mitigation.

Pay attention to cleanliness during your stay, this makes it much easier when it comes time to check out!

In the event of accidental damage, we will review the matter internally to decide what the repair costs will be.
