3. Hosting and Server Log Files

When visiting our website, information is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files by the hosting provider. This includes:

  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device

The processing is carried out to ensure the technically error-free provision of the website as well as stability and security.

4. Usage Statistics (Umami Analytics)

This website uses the self-hosted open-source analytics software Umami to statistically evaluate website usage.

Umami is hosted entirely on our own servers. No personal data is shared with third parties.

The collected data is processed anonymously and used solely to improve our website. Identification of individual visitors is not possible.

5. Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form, your information (name, email address, message content) will be processed to handle your request.

We use Mailjet by Mailjet GmbH / Sinch Mailjet for email delivery. Personal data may therefore be transmitted to Mailjet servers.

A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Mailjet.

6. hCaptcha

To protect our contact form against spam and misuse, we use hCaptcha provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.

hCaptcha is only loaded after your explicit consent. No personal data is transferred to hCaptcha before consent is given.

After activation, personal data such as IP address, mouse movements, keyboard input, or device information may be processed.

The processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

7. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display maps and the location of our apartments.

Google Maps is only loaded after your explicit consent. No data is transferred to Google before consent is given.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

After activation, your IP address and technical information may be transmitted to Google.

Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

8. Booking

When booking through our website, the required personal data (e.g. name, contact details, booking details) is forwarded to our channel management system Smoobu.

Smoobu processes this data independently. Before completing a booking, you must additionally accept Smoobu’s privacy policy.

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR: Legitimate interests

  • with technical service providers used by us (e.g. Mailjet, Google Maps, hCaptcha, Smoobu),
